HOW DO WE TRANSFER FROM OUR CURRENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY?
Once you become a Castle Creek client, we do all the work!
Depending on the level of service you select, we will contact your current management company and request the transfer of all applicable Association documents.
If you’re currently self-managed, we can help you transfer your books, resident list, and other pertinent records into our system. We can even help you digitize paper records for easier management going forward.
CAN YOU MANAGE MY RENTAL PROPERTY?
We specialize in HOA and COA management but we do know of an amazing property management company. We would be happy to give you a referral!
CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A PLACE TO LIVE?
Since our expertise is HOA and COA management, we don't specialize in connecting tenants and landlords.

WHAT IF I NEED LEGAL OR ACCOUNTING SERVICES?
We offer day-to-day accounting in our full-service and a-la-carte Accounting plans. We also have great referral relationships with trusted accountants to assist in tax preparation or accounting reviews.
We can recommend a trusted attorney that specializes in HOA representation, if needed.
